We love the idea that our personal creations could make their way around the world.
Which is why we are pleased to say that we not only ship within the UK but also world wide too.
Different Shipping time and charges apply for each area:
Standard Shipping at £3.50 with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days including Saturdays (Signed for).
Free for all orders above £75.
Next working day by 1pm at £6 (Insured, Tracked & Signed for).
Insured, Tracked & Signed for Service at £10 with a delivery aim of 3–5 working days.
- Rest of the world:
International Tracked & Signed for Service with a delivery aim of 5–7 working days.
- How do I choose the size for my bracelet/bangle?
Each and every one of our bracelets/bangles are advertised in wrist circumference size, not bracelet/bangle size.
We recommend that our bracelets/bangles are worn fitting snugly to your wrist.
This means that they look their best and feel their best too.
If you want to make sure that you have exactly the right size for your wrist then you will need to measure it.
This can easily be done using a piece of flexible, soft tape measure placed just below the wrist bone and wrapped around the wrist.
We understand that not everyone has a tape measure handy, so if this is true for you, then you can use a thin strip of paper, or string instead.
Wrap this around your wrist, trimming it where it meets and then take it off, lay it flat and measure the length with a standard ruler.
- Why is customisation for bracelets/bangles only 8 letters?
Now this is simple. We want to make sure that your bracelet is as beautiful and delicate as possible.
In order to work out how to create a dainty and readable bracelet, we had to turn to maths to help.
On average, a wrist is 5cm wide.
We wanted to make sure that the text on your bracelet can be read, which means that we have left a gap of 0.5cm on either side of the text.
This leaves us with roughly 5cm, or 8 letters! Simple.
- Do you offer Gold plated wire as a cheaper alternative?
We pride ourselves on offering quality jewellery to our customers and whilst we appreciate that we could offer cheaper alternatives, this is not something that we want to do.
We love the idea that our jewellery is made from the best materials.
That it will stand the test of time, without tarnishing or losing its beauty.
Gold plated jewellery is only covered in a minute layer of gold, and this thin layer quickly wears off and the jewellery will lose its appeal. Our bracelets won’t.

- Could you explain your production/processing time?
As a small and independent studio we are limited on the amount of pieces that we can produce at one time.
Not only this, but we take pride in every single piece and give them all the same level of attention and dedication.
This means that whilst you will receive a beautiful piece that is perfectly made for you, it usually takes around 1-2 week(s) from order date for your piece to be ready to ship.
We ensure that our website is updated regularly for an accurate timescale, just so you know when your piece is likely to be heading to you.
- What's your returns and refunds policy?
We hope that you are delighted with your jewellery, however if you are not we will happily organise an exchange or refund for you, providing you notify us and return the jewellery within 14 days from date of shipping (UK) or 28 days (overseas).
The same applies if you receive a faulty/damaged item, or if the item(s) is not what you ordered - you have 14 days from date of shipping (UK) and 28 days (overseas) to notify us and return the jewellery.
Please note that the Statutory right to cancel an order and receive a full refund under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 does NOT apply to personalised items.
As a result, our products included in our customised collection specially made with your choice of name, word or initials are non-returnable and non refundable.
Additional non-returnable items also include Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
